About Rise & Thrive and Her Rise Above

Rise & Thrive is an organisation that runs Her Rise Above*,* ****a business mentorship program for women running or starting a home-based business.

As a volunteer guide, you will be paired with a woman entrepreneur, called Riser, who you will support one-on-one. Together, you will set goals and meet weekly for a minimum of 12 weeks, either in person or over video call, with an aim to launch or grow her home-based business.

Becoming a Volunteer Guide

We believe in the power of mentorship and community to inspire and transform lives. By becoming a volunteer guide, you will:

• Empower women entrepreneurs, called Risers,  to overcome challenges in their businesses and  reach their potential.
• Share your knowledge in areas like business planning, marketing, or personal development.
• Learn from the incredible stories of resilience and determination of our Risers.
